The vitamin guards fatty layer of epidermis and increases its softness and flexibility. It enhances seborrheic dermatitis and acne skins treatments. The vitamin is present in variety of vegetable products e.g. leafy vegetables, untreated grains or vegetable oils. It can also be found in leafs of mint, nettle, broccoli and spinach..

It should not be heat treated in high temperatures.
