Mineral blusher

Mineral blusher is a powder cosmetic designed to contour your cheekbones and emphasize luminous accents in chosen parts of your face. Its exceptionally gentle formula based on mica and bamboo powder makes your skin silky. Cheeks become slightly lighten up with a healthy blush and the skin on your face receives all the care it needs. This product is perfect for every skin tone. Odourless and 100% mineral formula makes it suitable for people with particularly gentle or allergy prone skin.

A blusher base may be prepared in a coffee grinder, grinded in a mortar or mixed in zipper bags; however, using a coffee grinder is much quicker and comfortable. In case you decide to use the grinder, it should be new and used only for the preparation of cosmetics.

Set components to prepare 10 g of blusher: (an amount suitable to prepare two cosmetic products)

• Mica sunrise — 6.2

• Bamboo powder — 1g

• White clay — 0.3g

• Binding agent — 0.5 g — the set does not contain a binding agent and you prepare it individually or purchase in our shop.  
  

• Pigments — the set does not contain pigments. Recommended concentration of the blusher is 10–20%, depending on the expected colour. Unique colours may be produced by blending different colourful pigments.

• Spatula

• Pipette

• Label

• 1 elegant blusher container with a sieve

• 3 zipper bags to mix pigments with base

The amount of all ingredients in the set is precisely measured.

Preparation of blusher:

1. Check whether the received set is complete..

2. Prepare work place adhering to the basic rules of hygiene.

Preparation of blusher in a coffee grinder:

1. Pour all ingredients form the set into the grinder and grind them. Grinding should be quick (max. 1 second) and repetitious so as not to make the mass hot..
2. Next, add the binding agent (0.5 g ~ 0.55 ml) and mix.

Preparation of blusher in a mortar:

1. Pour all ingredients for the set into the mortar and grind them until the mass becomes smooth.
2. Next, add the binding agent (0.5 g ~ 0.55 ml) and grind

Adding pigments:

Chosen pigments should be added to the base inside plastic bags.

Pour a small amount of a base into a plastic bag, add small amount of pigments (at you discretion). Close the bag and mix its content by pressing it in a hand and pouring form one side to the other. After about 1 minute the blusher is ready. There should be enough base to prepare at least 2 cosmetic products.

To prepare a blusher with SPF filter instead of using 0.3 g of sunrise mica use 0.3 g of zinc oxide available in our shop.
