Macadamia Oil is obtained from nuts of a tree which has the same name and is considered by some people as having the sweetest nuts in the world. It is grown in some countries of Southern America, in Africa and in Hawaii. Its English name (used in the majority of countries) roots in the name of John Macadamia who was very fond of growing the plant.

Just a few years after planting, Macadamia trees bear exceptional fruits which are the source of beautiful oil with a characteristic amber shade.

Macadamia oil contains non-saturated fatty acids, fatty acids omega 3, 6 and 9, lecithin as well as palmitoleic acid which, as one of the constituents of human skin, is perfectly absorbed.

It has regenerative and curative properties and can be used in the skin care. It is suitable for aging skin care, acts against cellulitis, cures small skin lesions and sun irritations. What is more, it softens and polishes the epidermis; it is safe for delicate and sensitive skin.
