Revitalizing Mask: coffee, algae, licorice

Revitalizing Mask quickly removes signs of fatigue, moisturises, and nourishes grey and tired skins. It immediately restores its brightness, firmness, and youthful look. The product is ideal for skin care of all types. Additionally, it can be used as a mask under algae masks, clays, and muds.

Sea Algae Complex is a botanic complex of algae extracts including ascophyllum, spirulin, laminaria, bladderwrack, and nori. The composition of the extract was specially designed so that it has got intensively regenerating, moisturising, and anti- cellulite effects. It is ideal for inflammatory conditions and irritations because it brings relief and restores skin lipid balance.

The main ingredient of Licorice Extract is glycyrrhizinic acid, which strongly binds water in the skin, while improving its firmness, and glycyrrhetinic acid (a component of glycyrrhizinic acid). These substances are responsible for its anti- inflammatory, bacteriostatic, anti-allergic, and antioxidative properties. Licorice Extract shields against UV radiation and treats erythema caused by excessive exposure to sun. Plus, it is a perfect additive to cosmetics designed for acne skin.

The most important ingredients of Coffee Extract are proteins, polysaccharides, carbohydrates, lipids, aromatic substances, and of course caffeine. Coffee is rich in minerals and microelements. As an antioxidant, it catches free radicals and decreases the rate of their creation, protects cellular membranes and cytoplasm against oxidation, and decreases the use of other antioxidants, e.g. vitamin E or keratoids by the body. These properties make coffee an ideal ingredient of anti- ageing and hair-colour- protecting preparations. It removes bacteria, stimulates blood circulation, and reduces swelling and shadows beneath eyes.

The Set for 30 g of Mask:

• Cosmedia SP – 0,6 g

• Glyceryl Cocoate/Peg 7 – 1,5 g

• Sweet Almond Oil – 3 g

• Glycerine – 1,2 g

• Licorice Extract  – 2,4 g

• Sea Algae Complex – 3 g

• Coffee Extract  – 3 g

• Preservative  – 0,3 g

• Plastic receptacle for mask

• Disposable pipette

• Label

• Spatula

 The set does not contain water. Measure 15 g of distilled (demineralized) water with the attached pipette.

Mask Preparation:

1. Check whether the received set is complete and prepare additional ingredients (water or hydrolate).

2. Prepare your work place adhering to the basic rules of hygiene.

3. One by one add to the beaker (a receptacle) all precisely measured ingredients: Cosmedia, Glyceryl Cocoate, Oil, Glycerine, Preservative.

4. In the second container measure water and heat it up to the temperature around 25°C.

5. Next, add warm (not hot) water to the ingredients in the beaker #1 and stir intensively until the ingredients blend completely.

6. Leave everything until it cools off. Finally, add remaining ingredients to the obtained mask.

7. The mask is ready to use.

    

The obtained amount may be used more than once.

Storage:

Store in room temperature up to 21°C, but the fridge is recommended.
